Problem
Exam marking for a national paper set needed sheets generated, scanned, and scored at volume, with enough accuracy that staff could trust the output.
Approach
I built an optical-mark pipeline that generates student sheets in batch and scores scans against a validation set. Work stayed at the image-processing and workflow layer: generate, scan, match, report. Sheet templates, scoring keys, and Ministry production configs are not described here.
Outcomes
- Used by NDMA for Ministry of Education exam marking
- Sheet generation and scan scoring in one batch pipeline
