  • BronzeKaggle medal for my obesity-risk XGBoost notebook, at 90% accuracy
  • 108downloads of the crime dataset on Kaggle (September 2026)
  • 10vehicle models priced in Guyanese dollars, by year and condition

Problem

Can you find trends in Guyana's reported serious crimes over the years, or see what a common car costs here by year and condition? Both questions need the numbers in a form you can load and compare.

Approach

I published Guyana's reported serious crimes from 1990 to 2022 as a Kaggle dataset under the CDLA-Sharing 1.0 licence, with the question it is for as its subtitle: can you find trends and patterns in crimes over the years? For vehicles, I keep price bands for ten common models in Guyanese dollars, by year and by condition, fresh import or registered, and the tool on this site filters them and puts variants side by side. I practise the modelling on Kaggle's playground competitions: my XGBoost notebook for obesity-risk prediction reached 90% accuracy and earned a bronze medal.

Outcomes

  • Reported Serious Crimes, Guyana: 1990 to 2022, public on Kaggle under CDLA-Sharing 1.0
  • The vehicle price tool, live on this site: ten models and 36 price bands, priced as of 2026
  • A Kaggle bronze medal for the obesity-risk notebook
  • Kaggle Contributor tier in notebooks, datasets and competitions
